     Elizabeth Montgomery Hunter Blair was born in 1855.2 She was the daughter of John Hunter Blair and Emily Williams Grant.3 She married Frank Napier Thorowgood, son of John Charles Thorowgood and Sarah Napier, on 25 May 1881 at Madras, India.2 She died on 24 January 1936.1
     From 25 May 1881, her married name became Thorowgood.2

     Sir David Oswald Hunter Blair of Dunskey, 5th Bt. was born on 30 September 1853.1 He was the son of Sir Edward Hunter Blair of Blairquhan and Dunskey, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Wauchope.2 He died on 12 September 1939 at age 85, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Ayr and Wigtown Militia.1 He graduated from Magdalen College School, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1878 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was ordained in 1886.1 He was the master between 1889 and 1909 at Hunter Blair's, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was the Rector between 1890 and 1895 at Abbey School, Fort Augustus, Inverness-shire, Scotland.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Hunter Blair, of Dunskey [G.B., 1786] on 7 October 1896.1 He was the Abbot between 1913 and 1917 at Fort Augustus, Inverness-shire, Scotland.1
