     Leslie Dundas Watson was born on 26 May 1894.1 He was the son of Thomas William Watson and Lucy Hamilton.2 He married Enid Margaret Conran, daughter of Colonel George Hay Montgomery Conran, on 24 April 1923.1 He died on 5 May 1975 at age 80.1
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Reserve of Officers, King's Dragoon Guards.1

     Sir Simon Conran Hamilton Watson, 6th Bt. was born on 11 August 1939.1 He was the son of Leslie Dundas Watson and Enid Margaret Conran.2 He married, firstly, Madeleine Stiles Dickerson, daughter of W. Mahlon Dickerson, on 13 May 1971.1 He married, secondly, Patricia Wheatley, daughter of Dennis Anthony Marius Thomas Wheatley, on 19 October 2007.1 He died on 11 February 2016 at age 76.3
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He was with Balfour Williamson in 1958.1 He was with Bank of London & South America and Lloyds Bank International in 1964.1 He was Managing Director of Yelverton Investments in 1984.1 He was Chairman of Southend Stadium in 1985.1 He was Director of Independent Telecommunications Management Company in 1996.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Watson, of Earnock and Neilsland, co. Lanark [U.K., 1895] on 7 February 2007.1

     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.1 He fought in the Iraq Campaign between 1919 and 1920.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 8th Hussars.1 He fought in the Second World War, and was mentioned in despatches.1 He was Commandant of the Ceylon Defence Force between 1942 and 1945.1
