     Alexander Irvine, 18th of Drum was born in 1754.1 He was the son of Alexander Irvine, 17th of Drum and Mary Ogilvie.2 He married Jean Forbes, daughter of Hugh Forbes of Schivas, in 1775.1 He died in 1849.1

     Jean Forbes was the daughter of Hugh Forbes of Schivas.2 She married Alexander Irvine, 18th of Drum, son of Alexander Irvine, 17th of Drum and Mary Ogilvie, in 1775.1 She died in 1786.1
     From 1775, her married name became Irvine.

     Alexander Forbes Irvine, 19th of Drum was born on 10 January 1777.1 He was the son of Alexander Irvine, 18th of Drum and Jean Forbes.2 He married Margaret Hamilton, daughter of James Hamilton, in 1816.1 He died in 1861.1
     He was given the name of Alexander Irvine at birth.1 After 1786 his name was legally changed to Alexander Forbes Irvine having succeeded through his mother to Schivas.1

     Margaret Hamilton was the daughter of James Hamilton.2 She married Alexander Forbes Irvine, 19th of Drum, son of Alexander Irvine, 18th of Drum and Jean Forbes, in 1816.1 She died in 1855.1
     From 1816, her married name became Irvine.

     Alexander Forbes Irvine, 20th of Drum was born on 18 February 1818.1 He was the son of Alexander Forbes Irvine, 19th of Drum and Margaret Hamilton.2 He married Anna Margaretta Forbes, daughter of Lt.-Col. Jonathan Leslie of Rothie Norman and Margaret Urquhart, on 19 December 1848 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1,3 He died on 4 April 1892 at age 74.1
     He was educated at Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 He was educated at Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He was admitted to the Faculty of Advocates in 1848.1 He held the office of Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Advocates.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Brechin between 1858 and 1892.1 He was Convener of Aberdeenshire between 1862 and 1892.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Argyll in 1872.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Edinburgh (F.R.S.E.)1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.) by Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, in 1887.1

Jonathan Leslie of Rothie Norman and Margaret Urquhart.3 She married Alexander Forbes Irvine, 20th of Drum, son of Alexander Forbes Irvine, 19th of Drum and Margaret Hamilton, on 19 December 1848 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1,2 She died on 29 January 1900 at age 71.1
     From 19 December 1848, her married name became Forbes Irvine.

Adam Drummond of Binnend1

     Adam Drummond of Binnend was the son of Adam Drummond, 2nd of Megginch Castle and Alison Hay.1,2 He married Margaret Spittal, daughter of Alexander Spittal of Leuchat and Elizabeth Holburn, on 8 October 1710 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He died circa 30 November 1758.2 He was buried on 2 December 1758 at Greyfriars Kirkyard, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2
     He was surgeon and professor of anatomy.2
