     Charles Edward Le Poer Trench was born on 6 August 1838.1 He was the son of Reverend John Le Poer Trench and Ellen Rice-Davis.1 He married Harriet Laura Johnston, daughter of Charles A. Johnston, on 28 June 1870.1 He died on 25 May 1905 at age 66.1
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.2 He lived at Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, EnglandG.1

     Harriet Laura Johnston was the daughter of Charles A. Johnston.1 She married, firstly, Captain Robert Taylor before 1870.1 She married, secondly, Charles Edward Le Poer Trench, son of Reverend John Le Poer Trench and Ellen Rice-Davis, on 28 June 1870.1 She died on 23 January 1915.1
     From before 1870, her married name became Taylor.1 Her married name became Trench.

     Charles Edward Le Poer Trench was born on 18 April 1877.1 He was the son of Charles Edward Le Poer Trench and Harriet Laura Johnston.1 He married Evelyn Agnes Salmon, daughter of H. J. Salmon, on 31 July 1909.1 He died on 20 October 1935 at age 58.1
     He graduated from Hertford College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was with the Educational Department at EgyptG.1 He was awarded the Order of the Nile 3rd Class.1
