     Sir Henry Kimber, 1st Bt. was born on 13 July 1834.1 He was the son of Joseph Kimber.2 He married Mary Adelaide Dixon, daughter of General Charles Dixon, on 4 September 1860.1 He died on 18 December 1923 at age 89.1
     He was a practising solicitor between 1858 and 1890.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Wandsworth between 1885 and 1913.1 He was founder of the legal firm of Kimber and Ellis.1 He was created 1st Baronet Kimber, of Lansdowne Lodge, Wandsworth, co. London [U.K.] on 24 August 1904.1

     Mary Adelaide Dixon was the daughter of General Charles Dixon.2 She married Sir Henry Kimber, 1st Bt., son of Joseph Kimber, on 4 September 1860.1 She died on 7 October 1901.1
     From 4 September 1860, her married name became Kimber.

     Sir Henry Dixon Kimber, 2nd Bt. was born on 8 November 1862.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Kimber, 1st Bt. and Mary Adelaide Dixon.2 He married, firstly, Florence Sarah Snewin, daughter of Charles Boyes Noel Snewin, on 25 September 1890.1 He married, secondly, Lucy Ellen Crookes, daughter of George William Crookes, on 8 December 1910.1 He died on 4 September 1950 at age 87.1
     He was educated at Epsom College, Epsom, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Lincoln College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was senior partner of Kimber, Williams, Sweetland and Stinson, solictors.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Kimber, of Lansdowne Lodge, Wandsworth, co. London [U.K., 1904] on 18 December 1923.1

     Charles Dixon Kimber was born on 24 October 1863.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Kimber, 1st Bt. and Mary Adelaide Dixon.2 He died on 17 July 1901 at age 37 at South Africa, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Boer War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Duke of Cambridge's Own Imperial Yeomanry.1

     From 20 April 1892, her married name became Kimber.

     Guy Mackenzie Kimber was born on 26 May 1899.1 He was the son of Percy Dixon Kimber and Janet Margaret Mackenzie.2 He married Ellen Elizabeth Margaret Jardine-Lockhart, daughter of Reverend J. Jardine-Lockhart, on 10 June 1926.1 He died on 6 June 1985 at age 86.1,3
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of officer in the South African Forces.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 1954.1
