     Joyce Jean Jarvis is the daughter of Sir Joseph John Jarvis, 1st Bt.2 She married Charles John Leonard Lyle, 2nd Baron Lyle of Westbourne, son of Charles Ernest Leonard Lyle, 1st Baron Lyle of Westbourne and Edith Louise Levy, on 24 November 1927.1
     From 24 November 1927, her married name became Lyle. After her marriage, Joyce Jean Jarvis was styled as Baroness Lyle of Westbourne on 6 March 1954.

     From 20 April 1938, her married name became Glover. From 20 December 1969, her married name became Maltwood.1

     Captain Philip Foster Glover was the son of John Weatherald Glover.2 He married Hon. Nancy Margaret Lyle, daughter of Charles Ernest Leonard Lyle, 1st Baron Lyle of Westbourne and Edith Louise Levy, on 20 April 1938.1 He died on 26 April 1957.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1

     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He was director of Moira Investments Ltd, Trent Gravels Ltd, A W Webb Ltd, and C. Spalding Ltd.1
