     Sir Charles Warre Malet, 1st Bt. was baptised on 30 December 1752. He was the son of Reverend Alexander Malet and Anne St. Lo.2 He married Susanna Wales, daughter of James Wales, on 23 September 1799.1 He died on 15 December 1815 at age 62.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Malet [Great Britain] on 24 February 1791.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)1 He lived at Wilbury, Wiltshire, England.1
