     Margaret Bruce Pennycook is the daughter of John Pennycook.2 She married Sir Ernest William Moir, 1st Bt., son of Alexander Mitchell Moir, on 1 June 1887.1
     Midlothian.1 She lived Ravelston and Dalmeny.1 Her married name became Moir. She was Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) (d 5 Oct 1942), in 1920.1

     Reginald Moir was born on 1 January 1893.1 He was the son of Sir Ernest William Moir, 1st Bt. and Margaret Bruce Pennycook.2 He died on 9 November 1915 at age 22, on active service.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers.1 He graduated from Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1

     Sir Arrol Moir, 2nd Bt. was born on 16 September 1894.1 He was the son of Sir Ernest William Moir, 1st Bt. and Margaret Bruce Pennycook.2 He married Dorothy Blanche Royds, daughter of Admiral Sir Percy Royds, on 21 June 1922.1 He died on 8 August 1957 at age 62.1
     He was educated at Repton School, Repton, Derbyshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers.1 He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1919 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was registered as a Member, Institution of Civil Engineers (M.I.C.E.)1 He was Vice-President of the Institute of Patentees.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Moir, of Whitehanger, Fernhurst, Sussex [U.K., 1916] on 14 June 1933.1

     Dorothy Blanche Royds is the daughter of Admiral Sir Percy Royds.2 She married, firstly, Sir Arrol Moir, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Ernest William Moir, 1st Bt. and Margaret Bruce Pennycook, on 21 June 1922.1 She married, secondly, Dr. Robert William Nichol, son of Dr. F. E. Nichol, on 8 June 1960.1
     From 21 June 1922, her married name became Moir. From 8 June 1960, her married name became Nichol.1

     Sir Ernest Ian Royds Moir, 3rd Bt. was born on 9 June 1925.1 He was the son of Sir Arrol Moir, 2nd Bt. and Dorothy Blanche Royds.2 He married Margaret Hanham Carter, daughter of George Eric Carter, on 24 July 1954.1 He died on 5 August 1998 at age 73.1
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Engineers.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1949 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Moir, of Whitehanger, Fernhurst, Sussex [U.K., 1916] on 8 August 1957.1

     June Pamela Moir was born on 22 November 1923.1 She was the daughter of Sir Arrol Moir, 2nd Bt. and Dorothy Blanche Royds.2 She married Ian Colin Wetherell, son of Marmaduke Arundel Wetherell, on 18 June 1949.1 She died in 1984.1
     She was in the Women's Royal Naval Service during the Second World War.1 From 18 June 1949, her married name became Wetherell.
