     Reverend William Moncreiff was baptised on 18 April 1666 at Kirkwall, Orkney Islands, Scotland^G.² He is the son of David Moncreiffe of Nether Holland and Elisabeth Elphinstone.² He married Bethia Moncreiff, daughter of Sir John Moncreiff of that Ilk, 5th Bt. and Nicola Moncreiff, on 13 September 1698 at Methven, Perthshire, Scotland.^1,2 He died on 6 November 1748 at age 82.²
     He was Minister at Methven, Perthshire, Scotland.¹

     Reverend John Moncreiff was baptised on 28 July 1700 at Methven, Perthshire, Scotland.² He is the son of Reverend William Moncreiff and Bethia Moncreiff.³ He married Margaret Moncreiff, daughter of Reverend Archibald Moncreiff and Catherine Halliday, on 28 October 1744 at Rhynd, Perthshire, Scotland.² He died on 26 April 1761 at age 60.²
