     Neal O'Donel Browne was born on 29 December 1804.1 He was the son of Dodwell Browne and Maria O'Donnell.1 He married Sarah Labertouche, daughter of Abel Labertouche and Harriet Hodgkinson.1 He died on 15 March 1874 at age 69.1
     He held the office of Resident Magistrate of King's County between 1839 and 1848.1 He held the office of Resident Magistrate of County Cork between 1848 and 1867.1
