Nicholas Seymour, 2nd Lord St. Maur1

     Nicholas Seymour, 2nd Lord St. Maur was the son of Nicholas de Saint Maur, 1st Lord St. Maur and Ellen la Zouche.1 He married Muriel Lovel, Baroness Lovel (of Castle Cary), daughter of James Lovel.1 He died on 8 August 1361.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Saint Maur [E., 1314] after October 1334.1 He fought in the Battle of Crecy in 1346.1 He fought in the Siege of Calais from 1346 to 1347.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Somerset in 1351.1

     Muriel Lovel, Baroness Lovel (of Castle Cary) was the daughter of James Lovel.1 She married Nicholas Seymour, 2nd Lord St. Maur, son of Nicholas de Saint Maur, 1st Lord St. Maur and Ellen la Zouche.1 She died before 1361.1
     She succeeded as the 2nd Baroness Lovel, of Castle Cary.1 Her married name became Seymour.1

     Richard Seymour, 4th Lord St. Maur was born after 1352. He was the son of Nicholas Seymour, 2nd Lord St. Maur and Muriel Lovel, Baroness Lovel (of Castle Cary).1 He married Ella de Saint Lo, daughter of Sir John de Saint Lo.1 He died on 15 May 1401.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Lord Saint Maur [E., 1314] circa January 1361/62.1 He succeeded as the 4th Lord Lovel, of Castle Cary circa January 1361/62.1 In 1379/80 he was in a military expedition to Brittany.1 He was appointed Knight before 1382.1

     Ella de Saint Lo was the daughter of Sir John de Saint Lo.1 She married, firstly, Richard Seymour, 4th Lord St. Maur, son of Nicholas Seymour, 2nd Lord St. Maur and Muriel Lovel, Baroness Lovel (of Castle Cary).1 She married, secondly, Thomas de Bradeston.1 She died from 28 November 1409 to 13 February 1409/10.1
     Her married name became Seymour.1

     Richard Seymour, 5th Lord St. Maur was the son of Richard Seymour, 4th Lord St. Maur and Ella de Saint Lo.1 He married Mary Peyvre, daughter of Thomas Peyvre.1 He died in January 1408/9.1
     In 1398 he served in Ireland.1 In 1401 he served in Aquitaine.1 He succeeded as the 5th Lord Saint Maur [E., 1314] on 15 May 1401.1 He succeeded as the 5th Lord Lovel, of Castle Cary on 15 May 1401.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Somerset in 1405.1
