     Frederick Roger Frankland was born on 2 May 1824.1 He was the son of Sir Frederick William Frankland, 8th Bt. and Katherine Margaret Scarth.1 He died on 23 January 1845 at age 20 at Sierra Leone, from a fever.1
     He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy, on board H.M.S. Winchester.1

Thomas Frankland1

     Thomas Frankland was born on 16 March 1828.1 He was the son of Sir Frederick William Frankland, 8th Bt. and Katherine Margaret Scarth.1 He died on 17 November 1857 at age 29 at Lucknow, India, killed in action, while leading a company of the 2nd Punjab Infantry to assault a tower in the Secunder Bagh.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 48th Madras Infantry.1 He fought in the Capture of Delhi, where he was wounded twice.1

     Harry Albert Frankland was born on 11 April 1830.1 He was the son of Sir Frederick William Frankland, 8th Bt. and Katherine Margaret Scarth.1 He died on 9 May 1847 at age 17, from a fever off Vera Cruz.1
     He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy, on board H.M.S. Alarm.1

     Margaret Annie Phœbe Seton was the daughter of Charles Compton Seton and Phœbe Elizabeth Ripley.2 She married Arthur Pelham Frankland, son of Colonel Sir William Adolphus Frankland, 9th Bt. and Lucy Ducarel Adams, on 12 October 1898.2 She and Arthur Pelham Frankland were divorced in 1934.2 She died on 2 February 1953.2
     From 12 October 1898, her married name became Frankland.2

     Mary Jay Dawson was the daughter of William Dawson and Sarah Jay.1,2 She married Colonel Colville Frankland, son of Sir Frederick William Frankland, 8th Bt. and Katherine Margaret Scarth, on 22 September 1870.1 She died on 25 January 1914.1
     From 22 September 1870, her married name became Frankland.1
