Clarice Jessie Evelyn Hamilton.2 He married, firstly, Eileen Thorne, daughter of Hubert Prangley Thorne, on 1 May 1937.1 He married, secondly, Helen Catherine Sanderson, daughter of John Martin Sanderson, on 6 June 1967.1 He died on 8 October 1970 at age 66, without issue.1
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Commnader in the Royal Navy.1 He was educated at Royal Naval College, Darmouth, Devon, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was Flag Lieutenant to Commander-in-Chief East Indies and Admiral commanding HF Destroyers during the Second World War.1 He was Gold Staff Officer Coronation in 1953.1
