     Mackworth Praed Parker was born on 23 September 1865.1 He was the son of Admiral George Parker and Anne Elizabeth Mackworth-Praed.2 He married Sybil Edith Garratt, daughter of Lt.-Col. John Arthur Thomas Garratt, on 25 January 1893.1 He died on 4 November 1926 at age 61.1

     Gerard Parker was born on 16 June 1896.1 He was the son of Mackworth Praed Parker and Sybil Edith Garratt.2 He married, firstly, Dorothy Hext, daughter of Lt.-Col. Francis Marwood Hext, on 9 June 1921.1 He married, secondly, Jill Lettice Mary Nott, daughter of Richard William Kandahar Nott, on 2 April 1958.1 He died on 7 November 1976 at age 80 at Umberleigh, Devon, England.1,3
     He was educated at Malvern College, Malvern, Worcestershire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War, he was mentioned in despatches twice and wounded twice.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Devonshire Regiment.1 He fought in the Second World War.1
