     Charles-Alphonse Aurelius Amrie Fortunatus Antoine Graf von Oberndorff was born on 23 June 1906 at Brussels, Belgium.2 He was the son of Alfred Maria Fortunatus Franziskus Caesar Graf von Oberndorff and Marguerite Isabelle Victorine Eugénie de Stuers.2 He married Jacqueline de Sauvan d'Aramon, daughter of Paul Marie Joseph de Sauvan d'Aramon, Comte d'Aramon and Henrietta Bennet Bell, in 1928.2 He died on 5 October 1998 at age 92 at The Hague, The Netherlands.2
