     Charles Harington Pollock was born on 1 September 1906.1 He was the son of George Hume Pollock and Margaret Agnata Harington.2 He married Patricia Aileen Domville Heming, daughter of Herbert Payne Heming, on 18 June 1938.1 He died on 24 March 1983 at age 76 at Saffron Walden, Essex, England.1,3
     He fought in the Second World War, he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) in 1944.1

     Patricia Aileen Domville Heming was the daughter of Herbert Payne Heming.1 She married, firstly, Captain Leicester Leverin before 18 June 1938.1 She married, secondly, Charles Harington Pollock, son of George Hume Pollock and Margaret Agnata Harington, on 18 June 1938.1 She died on 26 June 1957.1
     From before 18 June 1938, her married name became Leverin.1 From 18 June 1938, her married name became Pollock.1
