Charles Paulet St. John was born on 11 October 1886.1 He was the son of Beauchamp Moubray St. John, 17th Baron Saint John of Bletso and Helen Charlotte Thornton.2 He married Noreen Mary Hay Milliken-Napier, daughter of Major Robert Francis Ladeveze Milliken-Napier and Emily Norrie Moke, on 18 April 1914.1 He died on 21 June 1945 at age 58, without issue.1
