     Martha Parker was the daughter of Sir Thomas Parker and Martha Strong.² She married Admiral John Jervis, 1st Earl of Saint Vincent, son of Swynfen Jervis and Elizabeth Parker, on 5 June 1783.¹ She died on 8 February 1816.¹
     From 5 June 1783, her married name became Jervis. After her marriage, Martha Parker was styled as Countess of Saint Vincent on 23 June 1797.
