     Jane Anne Wood was baptised on 22 September 1834 at St. Mary, Woodbridge, Suffolk, England.1 She was the daughter of John Wood and Isabella Dovee Bax.1 She married Robert Edmund Pearse, son of Dr. George Pearse and Anne Sarah McCulloch, in 1862 at Maidstone, Kent, England.1 She died on 25 May 1865 at age 30 at Calicut, Madras, India.1
     From 1862, her married name became Pearse.1

     Augustus Frederick Arthur Sandys, 4th Lord Sandys, Baron of Ombersley was born on 2 March 1840.1 He was the son of Arthur Marcus Cecil Sandys, 3rd Lord Sandys, Baron of Ombersley and Louisa Blake.2 He married Augusta Anne Des Voeux, daughter of Sir Charles Des Voeux, 2nd Bt. and Christina Hird, on 3 August 1872.1 He died on 26 July 1940 at age 100, without issue.1
     He was given the name of Augustus Frederick Arthur Hill at birth. He gained the rank of Ensign in 1859 in the 96th Foot.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1862.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1863 in the 2nd Life Guards.1 He succeeded as the 4th Lord Sandys, Baron of Ombersley, co. Worcester [U.K., 1802] on 10 April 1863.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Worcestershire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Worcestershire.1

     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 3rd Battalion, Duke of Edinburgh's Wiltshire Regiment.1

     Michael Edwin Marcus Sandys, 5th Lord Sandys, Baron Ombersley was born on 31 December 1855.1 He was the son of Arthur Marcus Cecil Sandys, 3rd Lord Sandys, Baron of Ombersley and Louisa Blake.2 He married Marjorie Clare Pentreath Morgan, daughter of John Morgan, in 1886.1 He died on 4 August 1948 at age 92, without issue.1
     He was member of the London Stock Exchange.1 He succeeded as the 5th Lord Sandys, Baron Ombersley, co. Worcestershire [U.K., 1802] on 26 July 1940.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Worcestershire.1

     From 1886, her married name became Sandys.
