     Charles Thomas Scott was born on 4 March 1868.1 He was the son of Sir Walter Scott, 1st Bt. and Ann Brough.2 He married Jane Davidson Milvain, daughter of James Milvain, on 13 June 1893.1 He died on 14 January 1953 at age 84.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Gloucester Yeomanry.1
