     He held the office of Sheriff of Gloucestershire from 1586 to 1587.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Tracy, of Stanway, co. Gloucester [England] on 9 June 1611.¹

     Anne Shakerley is the daughter of Ralph Shakerley.² She married Sir Paul Tracy, 1st Bt., son of Richard Tracy and Barbara Lucy, in 1580.¹
     She was Northamptonshire 10 sons and 10 daughters.¹ She lived Aynho.¹ Her married name became Tracy.

     Sir Richard Tracy, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1581.¹ He was the son of Sir Paul Tracy, 1st Bt. and Anne Shakerley.² He married Anne Coningsby, daughter of Sir Thomas Coningsby, circa 20 July 1603.¹ He died circa 22 August 1637.² He was buried on 25 August 1637.²
     He was educated at Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1603.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Tracy, of Stanway, co. Gloucester [E., 1611] on 4 March 1625/26.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Gloucestershire from 1628 to 1629.¹

     Sir Thomas Coningsby lived at Hampton Court, Herefordshire, England.¹

     Anne Coningsby is the daughter of Sir Thomas Coningsby.² She married Sir Richard Tracy, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Paul Tracy, 1st Bt. and Anne Shakerley, circa 20 July 1603.¹
     From circa 20 July 1603, her married name became Tracy.

     Sir Humphrey Tracy, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1611.¹ He was the son of Sir Richard Tracy, 2nd Bt. and Anne Coningsby.² He married Elizabeth (?)¹ He died circa 12 January 1657.¹ He was buried on 15 January 1657.¹
     He was educated at Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Tracy, of Stanway, co. Gloucester [E., 1611] circa 22 August 1637.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Gloucestershire from 1639 to 1640.¹ He was a royalist in the Civil War, when his estate was sequestrated.¹

     Elizabeth (?) married Sir Humphrey Tracy, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Richard Tracy, 2nd Bt. and Anne Coningsby.¹
