     Philip Harbord was born on 6 September 1861.1 He was the son of Rev. Hon. John Harbord and Caroline Penelope Hamond.2 He married Elinor Julia Forester, daughter of Henry William Forester, on 26 October 1892.1 He died on 19 April 1928 at age 66.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Volunteer Battalion, Norfolk Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Norfolk.1 He lived at Cromer HOuse, Comer, Norfolk, England.1 He lived at Northwold Lodge, Brandon, Norfolk, EnglandG.1
