     Lt.-Cdr. Michael Francis de Halpert was born circa 1919.2 He was the son of Commander Roger Vincent de Halpert.3 He married Eleanor Anne Love White, daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Percy Frith White and Eleanor Clare Hargrave Sharpe, on 23 November 1944.1 He was also reported to have died on 12 February 2008.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.)1 He fought in the Second World War.1

     He was educated at Canford School, Wimborne, Dorset, England.1 He was educated at Royal Naval College, Darmouth, Devon, England.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He lived in 2003 at Nutbourne Lodge, Main Road, Nutbourne, Sussex, England.1
