     Stephen Martin-Leake was born in 1702.1 He was the son of Captain Stephen Martin-Leake and Elizabeth Hill.1 He married Anne Powell, daughter of Fletcher Powell, in 1734.2 He died on 24 March 1773 at Mile End, London, England.1,2
     He was given the name of Stephen Martin at birth.2 He held the office of Lancaster Herald between 1727 and 1729.1 He held the office of Norroy King of Arms between 1729 and 1741.1 He held the office of Clarenceux King of Arms between 1741 and 1754.1 He held the office of Garter King of Arms between 1754 and 1773.1 He lived at Thorpe Hall, Essex, England.1 He had three other sons and three daughters.1

     Stephen Martin-Leake was born in 1826 at St. Marylebone, London, England.1 He was the son of Stephen Ralph Martin-Leake and Georgeana Stevens.1 He married Isabel Plunkett, daughter of William Plunkett and Eliza Hope Stevens, on 24 September 1859 at Leckhampton Church, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He died in 1893.1
     He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He was educated at King's College London, London, England.2 He was admitted to Middle Temple entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-law.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Thorpe Hall, Essex, England.2
