     Mary Cowles Anstice was born on 20 October 1783 at Bridgwater, Somerset, England.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Anstice.¹ She married William Prideaux, son of George Prideaux, on 4 March 1805 at Penketh, Lancashire, England.¹ She died on 9 October 1868 at age 84 at Dodbrooke, Devon, England.¹
     From 4 March 1805, her married name became Prideaux.¹

     Winckworth Scott was born in 1823.¹ He married Sophia Sinclair, daughter of Jeffrey Amherst Sinclair.¹ He died on 2 August 1874.¹ He was buried on 3 August 1874 at Sewree, Bombay, India.¹

     Sophia Sinclair was the daughter of Jeffrey Amherst Sinclair.¹ She married Winckworth Scott.¹ She died on 11 April 1861 at Mhow, India.¹
     Her married name became Scott.¹
