     Eleanor Ball Weeks was born in 1832.1 She married Maj.-Gen. Henry Shewell, son of Edward Warner Shewell and Emma Poole, on 21 June 1855 at St. Mary's Parish Church, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 She died in 1919.1
     From 21 June 1855, her married name became Shewell.1

     Major Edward Warner Shewell was born on 16 December 1869 at Mhow, Bengal, India.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Henry Shewell and Eleanor Ball Weeks.1 He was baptised on 25 January 1870 at Mhow, Bengal, India.1 He married Kathleen Mary Benson, daughter of General Charles Annesley Benson and Grace Jane Lankey, on 3 March 1908 at St. Peter's Church, Kensington, London, England.1 He died on 23 April 1950 at age 80.1
     He was educated between 1883 and 1886 at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant.1 He fought in the Boer War.1 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918.1 He was Governor of Belfast Prison.1 He was with the crime and intelligence department of the Government of Northern Ireland.1

     Surgn.-Cdr. Herbert Wells Bayly Shewell was born in 1872 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Henry Shewell and Eleanor Ball Weeks.1 He married Georgina Maud Aston, daughter of George Lyttleron Aston and Sarah Chippindale, in 1906 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1 He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Surgeon-Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.1
