     He graduated from University of Berne, Berne, Switzerland, in 1938 with a Doctor of Law.1 He held the office of Turkish Ambassador to Switzerland in 1960.1 He held the office of Turkish Ambassador to the U.K. between 1964 and 1966.1 He held the office of Secretary-General and Minister of Foreign Affairs [Turkey] between 1966 and 1969.1 He held the office of Turkish Ambassador to the U.K. between 1969 and 1972.1 He held the office of Turkish Ambassador to Spain between 1972 and 1979.1 He wrote the book Just A Diplomat, published 1981.1 He wrote the book Ali Kemal (1869-1922): a portrait for the benefit of his English-speaking progeny, published 1993.1
