     She graduated with a LLCM (Music.)1 From 15 April 1920, her married name became Douglas-Pulleyne.1 She was awarded the Kaisar-i-Hind Silver Medal.1 She was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)1 She was an author.1

     Charles Douglas was born on 21 December 1835.1 He was the son of General Sir James Dawes Douglas and Marianne Bullock.1 He married Charlotte Armstrong, daughter of Captain J. H. Armstrong, between 21 January 1852 and 21 January 1852.1 He died on 29 March 1886 at age 50, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 15th Regiment, Bengal Native Infantry.1
