     John Norcliffe was born on 24 April 1627.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Norcliffe and Catharine Bamburgh.¹

     Anna Norcliffe was born on 2 June 1619.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Norcliffe and Catharine Bamburgh.¹

     Elizabeth Norcliffe was born on 24 May 1620.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Norcliffe and Catharine Bamburgh.¹

     Maria Norcliffe was born on 10 June 1622.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Norcliffe and Catharine Bamburgh.¹

     Katherine Norcliffe was born on 30 May 1623.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Norcliffe and Catharine Bamburgh.¹

     Martha Norcliffe was born on 27 May 1625.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Norcliffe and Catharine Bamburgh.¹

     Elizabeth Udall is the daughter of John Udall.¹ She married Stephen Norcliffe, son of Thomas Norcliffe and Elizabeth Eland, on 28 May 1610 at Nunnington, Yorkshire, England.¹
     From 28 May 1610, her married name became Norcliffe.¹

     Elizabeth Norcliffe was baptised on 11 October 1612 at St. Mary, Castlegate, Yorkshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Stephen Norcliffe and Elizabeth Udall.¹ She married Sir James Pennyman, 1st Bt., son of James Pennyman, on 26 December 1632.¹ She died circa 5 April 1678. She was buried on 8 April 1678.¹
     From 26 December 1632, her married name became Pennyman.¹

     Sir James Pennyman, 1st Bt. was born on 6 March 1607/8.¹ He was the son of James Pennyman. He married Elizabeth Norcliffe, daughter of Stephen Norcliffe and Elizabeth Udall, on 26 December 1632.¹ He died on 24 April 1679 at age 71.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Pennyman, of Ormesby Hall, co. York [England] on 22 February 1664.²
