     Margaret Elizabeth Peers Williams was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Thomas Peers Williams and Emily Bacon. She married Sir Richard Lewis Mostyn Williams-Bulkeley, 11th Bt., son of Sir Richard Bulkeley Williams-Bulkeley, 10th Bt. and Maria Frances Stanley-Massey-Stanley, on 12 August 1866.¹ She died on 10 August 1909.¹
     From 12 August 1866, her married name became Williams-Bulkeley.
