Frederick Joseph Prescott was born on 2 July 1797.1 He was the son of George Prescott and Sarah Grote.1 He married Elizabeth Oliveria Russell, daughter of Thomas Artimedorus Russell and Elizabeth Oliveria Cromwell, on 17 November 1823 at Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England.1 He died in 1888.1
