     Sir William Lewis George Thomas, 4th Bt. was born on 10 September 1777.2 He was the son of Sir George Thomas, 3rd Bt. and Louise de Sales.1,2 He married Elizabeth Lucretia Welch, daughter of Richard Welch and Lucretia Mary Favel Dehany, on 28 May 1801.2 He died on 23 August 1850 at age 72.2
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Thomas, of Yapton Place, co. Sussex [G.B., 1766] on 6 May 1815.2

     Elizabeth Lucretia Welch was born circa 1774.1 She was the daughter of Richard Welch and Lucretia Mary Favel Dehany.1 She married Sir William Lewis George Thomas, 4th Bt., son of Sir George Thomas, 3rd Bt. and Louise de Sales, on 28 May 1801.2 She died on 21 January 1848 at Dorset, England.1
     From 28 May 1801, her married name became Thomas.1

     Sir William Sidney Thomas, 5th Bt. was born on 16 June 1807.2 He was the son of Sir William Lewis George Thomas, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Lucretia Welch.1 He married, firstly, Thomasin Oliver Haynes, daughter of Captain Henry Haynes, on 29 June 1843.1,2 He married, secondly, Fanny Louisa Coulson, daughter of John Coulson, on 14 August 1856.2 He died on 27 April 1867 at age 59 at Worcestershire, England.1
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Thomas, of Yapton Place, co. Sussex [G.B., 1766] on 23 August 1850.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.2
