     Reverend Henry Landon Maud was born on 24 February 1829.1 He was the son of Reverend John Primatt Maud and Matilda Elizabeth Hains.1 He married Amelia Harriet Powell, daughter of Colonel Thomas Powell, on 12 June 1855.1 He died on 7 March 1909 at age 80.1
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1850 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was Vicar between 1866 and 1877 at Assington, Suffolk, England.1 He was Vicar between 1877 and 1892 at New Milverton, Warwickshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1881 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Rector between 1892 and 1902 at Sanderstead, Surrey, England.1
