     Mary Leith-Hay was born on 14 September 1787 at Kirkhill of Kennethmont, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of General Alexander Leith-Hay of Rannes and Mary Forbes.¹ She married Major Daniel Mitchell on 15 November 1832.¹ She died on 30 May 1860 at age 72 at Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹
     From 15 November 1832, her married name became Mitchell.¹

     Margaret Anne Leith-Hay was born on 15 October 1791 at Kirkhill of Kennethmont, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of General Alexander Leith-Hay of Rannes and Mary Forbes.¹ She died on 6 April 1838 at age 46 at Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹

     Major Daniel Mitchell was born in 1777.¹ He married Mary Forbes.¹ He married Mary Leith-Hay, daughter of General Alexander Leith-Hay of Rannes and Mary Forbes, on 15 November 1832.¹ He died on 17 February 1841 at Fettenear, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Honourable East India Company Service.¹

     Sofia Josefa de Zulueta was born in 1839.¹ She was the daughter of Pedro José de Zulueta, 2nd Conde de Torre Diaz and Sophie Anne Wilcox.¹ She married Rafael Carlos Merry del Val.¹ She died in 1925.¹

     Rafael Carlos Merry del Val was born on 4 November 1831.¹ He married Sofia Josefa de Zulueta, daughter of Pedro José de Zulueta, 2nd Conde de Torre Diaz and Sophie Anne Wilcox.¹ He died on 29 August 1917 at age 85.¹

     Francisco de Zulueta is the son of Pedro José de Zulueta, 2nd Conde de Torre Diaz and Sophie Anne Wilcox.¹
     He was a Jesuit priest.¹

     Alfonso Merry del Val y Zulueta, 1st Marques de Merry del Val was born on 20 April 1864.¹ He was the son of Rafael Carlos Merry del Val and Sofia Josefa de Zulueta.¹ He died on 27 May 1943 at age 79.¹
     He held the office of Spanish Ambassador to the United Kingdom between 1913 and 1931.¹
