     Lt.-Col. Sir Harry Charles St. Lo Malet, 7th Bt. was born on 21 September 1873.1 He was the son of Captain William St. Lo Malet and Helen Eden.2 He married Mildred Laura Lambert-Swiney, daughter of Captain Henry Stephan Lambert-Swiney, on 1 February 1906.1 He died on 14 October 1931 at age 58.1
     He fought in the Boer War, with the 8th Hussars and Cape Mounted Riflemen.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.3 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.3 He was Assistant Quartermaster-General of the I Corps.3 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)3 He was awarded the Ordre du Mérite Agricole.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)3 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Malet [G.B., 1791] on 21 November 1918.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Somerset.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.1

     Louise Michelle Dubois was the daughter of Philibert Dubois.2 She married Sir Edward St. Lo Malet, 5th Bt., son of Captain William St. Lo Malet and Helen Eden, on 12 November 1901.1 She died on 23 April 1949.1
     From 12 November 1901, her married name became Malet.

     Sir Charles St. Lo Malet, 6th Bt. was born on 1 November 1906.1 He was the son of Sir Edward St. Lo Malet, 5th Bt. and Louise Michelle Dubois.2 He died on 21 November 1918 at age 12, at school.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Malet [G.B., 1791] on 24 December 1909.1

     Mildred Laura Lambert-Swiney was the daughter of Captain Henry Stephan Lambert-Swiney.1 She married Lt.-Col. Sir Harry Charles St. Lo Malet, 7th Bt., son of Captain William St. Lo Malet and Helen Eden, on 1 February 1906.2 She died on 7 March 1951.2
     She gained the rank of Captain in the 69th Regiment.2 Her married name became Malet.

     Colonel Sir Edward William St. Lo Malet, 8th Bt. was born on 27 November 1908.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Harry Charles St. Lo Malet, 7th Bt. and Mildred Laura Lambert-Swiney.2 He married Maria Johana Benedicta Baronin von Maasburg, daughter of Wilhelm Baron von Maasberg, on 24 July 1935.1 He died on 9 October 1990 at age 81 at Somerset, England.1,3
     He was educated at Dover College, Dover, Kent, England.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Malet [G.B., 1791] on 14 October 1931.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1932 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Palestine Campaign between 1935 and 1936.1 He fought in the Second World War, in North Africa and North-West Europe, and was mentioned in despatches.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1953.1 He retired from the military in 1955, with the rank of Colonel, late of the 8th Hussars.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Somerset in 1966.1
