     Otto Fürst zu Salm-Horstmar was born on 23 September 1867. He married Rosa Gräfin zu Solms-Baruth, daughter of Friedrich II Hermann Johann Georg Fürst zu Solms-Baruth and Ida Louise Gräfin von Hochberg, on 10 September 1903.¹ He died on 2 March 1941 at age 73.
     He gained the title of 3rd Fürst zu Salm-Horstmar.¹

     Rosa Gräfin zu Solms-Baruth was born on 8 June 1884. She was the daughter of Friedrich II Hermann Johann Georg Fürst zu Solms-Baruth and Ida Louise Gräfin von Hochberg.² She married Otto Fürst zu Salm-Horstmar on 10 September 1903.¹ She died on 12 June 1945 at age 61.
