     Sir Frederick John William Johnstone of Westerhall, 8th Bt. was born on 5 August 1841.1 He was the son of Sir George Frederick Johnstone of Westerhall, 7th Bt. and Lady Louisa Elizabeth Frederica Craven.2 He married Laura Caroline Russell, daughter of William Russell and Emma Campbell, on 7 June 1899.2 He died on 20 June 1913 at age 71, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Johnstone, of Westerhall [N.S., 1700] on 5 August 1841.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Weymouth between 1874 and 1885.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Dorset in 1889.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Dumfriesshire.1 He sold the family estate in 1911.1

     Sir Samuel Scott, 6th Bt. was born in 1873. He was the son of Sir Edward Henry Scott, 5th Bt. and Emilie Packe. He married Lady Sophie Beatrix Mary Cadogan, daughter of George Henry Cadogan, 5th Earl Cadogan and Lady Beatrix Jane Craven, on 29 June 1896.1 He died on 20 February 1943.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Scott, of Lytchet Minster, co. Dorset [U.K., 1821] on 1 August 1883.

George Charles Keppel Johnstone was born on 5 August 1841.1 He was the son of Sir George Frederick Johnstone of Westerhall, 7th Bt. and Lady Louisa Elizabeth Frederica Craven.2 He married Agnes Caroline Chamberlayne, daughter of Thomas Chamberlayne, on 29 June 1875.1 He died on 12 January 1912 at age 70.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Grenadier Guards.1

     Lady Sophie Beatrix Mary Cadogan was born on 6 April 1874.1 She was the daughter of George Henry Cadogan, 5th Earl Cadogan and Lady Beatrix Jane Craven.3 She married Sir Samuel Scott, 6th Bt., son of Sir Edward Henry Scott, 5th Bt. and Emilie Packe, on 29 June 1896.1 She died on 8 November 1937 at age 63.1
     Her married name became Scott. She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1918.1

Sir George Arthur Charles Crichton and Lady Mary Augusta Dawson.2 He married Gillian Moyra Cadogan, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Alexander George Montagu Cadogan and Lady Theodosia Louisa Augusta Acheson, on 1 October 1948.2 He died in September 1998 at age 79 at Basingstoke, Hampshire, England.3
