     Katharine Majendie was the daughter of Rt. Rev. Henry William Majendie and Anne Routledge. She married Henry Fynes-Clinton, son of Reverend Charles Fynes-Clinton and Emma Brough, on 6 January 1812.1 She died on 25 April 1871.
     From 6 January 1812, her married name became Fynes-Clinton.1

     Rt. Rev. Henry William Majendie was born in 1754.2 He was the son of John James Majendie and Elizabeth Prévost.3 He married Anne Routledge, daughter of Henry Routledge and Elizabeth Carruthers, in 1785.2 He died in 1830.2
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1 He held the office of Bishop of Chester in 1800.2 He held the office of Bishop of Bangor in 1809.4

Clinton James Fiennes-Clinton1

     Clinton James Fiennes-Clinton was born on 13 December 1792.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Fynes-Clinton and Emma Brough.2 He married Penelope Welby, daughter of Sir William Earle Welby, 2nd Bt. and Wilhelmina Spry, on 2 May 1825.2 He died on 11 April 1833 at age 40.1
     He was given the name of Clinton James Clinton at birth.2 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1817 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)3 On 26 April 1821 his name was legally changed to Clinton James Fynes-Clinton.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Aldborough, Yorkshire.1 His name was legally changed to Clinton James Fiennes-Clinton.2 He was a practising barrister.2

     Sir William Earle Welby, 2nd Bt. was born on 14 November 1768 at Epperstone, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir William Earle Welby, 1st Bt. and Penelope Glynne.1 He married Wilhelmina Spry, daughter of William Hume Spry and Katharine Cholmeley, on 30 August 1792 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone Road, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.2 He died on 3 November 1852 at age 83 at Denton, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Grantham.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Welby, of Denton Manor, co. Lincoln [U.K., 1801] on 6 November 1815.1
