     Countess Claudine Rhédey von Kis-Rhéde was born on 21 September 1812 at Erdöszenthyörgy, Siebenburgen, Hungary.3 She was the daughter of Count Ladislas Rhédey von Kis-Rhéde and Agnes Baronin von Inczedy de Nagy-Varad.3 She married Alexander Paul Ludwig Constantine Herzog von Württemberg, son of Ludwig Friedrich Alexander Herzog von Württemberg and Henriette Prinzessin von Nassau-Weilburg, on 2 May 1835 at Vienna, AustriaG, in a morganatic marriage.3,4 She died on 1 October 1841 at age 29 at Pettau, Steiermark, AustriaG, killed when thrown from her horse.3
     After her marriage, Countess Claudine Rhédey von Kis-Rhéde was styled as Gräfin von Hohenstein on 2 May 1835.1,4

     She gained the title of Countess von Hohenstein.1 She was created Claudine Prinzessin von Teck on 16 September 1871.1

     She gained the title of Countess von Hohenstein.1 Her married name became von Hugel. She was created Amelie Prinzessin von Teck on 16 September 1871.1

     Ferdinand Viktor Albert Meinrad von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, King of Romania was born on 25 August 1865 at Schloss Sigmaringen, Sigmaringen, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.1 He was the son of Leopold Stephan Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Antonia Maria de Bragança e Saxe-Coburgo-Gotha, Infanta de Portugal. He married Marie Alexandra Victoria Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Princess of Edinburgh, daughter of Alfred Ernest Albert Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, 1st and last Duke of Edinburgh and Mariya Aleksandrovna Romanov, Grand Duchess of Russia, on 10 January 1893 at Sigmaringen, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.1 He died on 20 July 1927 at age 61.1
     He succeeded as the King Ferdinand I of Romania on 10 October 1914.3
