     Lady Lillian Maud Spencer-Churchill was born on 9 July 1873.1 She was the daughter of George Charles Spencer-Churchill, 8th Duke of Marlborough and Lady Albertha Frances Anne Hamilton.1 She married Colonel Cecil Alfred Grenfell, son of Pascoe du Pré Grenfell and Sophia Grenfell, on 8 October 1898.1 She died on 4 January 1951 at age 77.1
     From 8 October 1898, her married name became Lady Grenfell.

He married Lady Lillian Maud Spencer-Churchill, daughter of George Charles Spencer-Churchill, 8th Duke of Marlborough and Lady Albertha Frances Anne Hamilton, on 8 October 1898.1 He died on 11 August 1924.

     Lord Ivor Charles Spencer-Churchill was born on 14 October 1898.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Richard John Spencer-Churchill, 9th Duke of Marlborough and Consuelo Vanderbilt.1 He married Elizabeth Cunningham, daughter of James Cyril Cunningham, on 15 November 1947.1 He died on 17 September 1956 at age 57.1
     Lord Ivor Charles Spencer-Churchill was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1917 in the service of the Royal Army Service Corps.1 He fought in the First World War between 1917 and 1918.1 He was decorated with the Legion of Honour (French).1
