     Georg Elimar Albrecht Ludecke Leo Graf von Welsburg was born on 13 April 1906.2 He was the son of Gustav Gregor Alexander Graf von Welsburg and Luise Gräfin von Hahn.1 He married, firstly, Blanka von Tarnóczy von Alsó-Lelócz zu Jezernicze, daughter of Alexander von Tarnóczy von Alsó-Lelócz zu Jezernicze, on 17 April 1930 at Vienna, Austria.2 He and Blanka von Tarnóczy von Alsó-Lelócz zu Jezernicze were divorced on 21 March 1932.2 He married, secondly, Maria Ruth Schalscha von Ehrenfeld, daughter of Paul Schalscha von Ehrenfeld, on 21 November 1936 at Prinsing, Liegnitz.2 He died in 1945 at Hungary missing in action.2
