     Anne Sophie Charlotte von Hohenzollern was born on 22 December 1706. She was the daughter of Albrecht Friedrich Markgraf von Brandenburg-Schwedt and Marie Dorothea Prinzessin von Kurland.1 She married Wilhelm Heinrich Herzog von Sachsen-Eisenach, son of Johann Wilhelm Herzog von Sachsen-Eisenach and Amalie von Nassau-Dietz, on 3 June 1723. She died on 6 January 1751 at age 44 at Sangerhausen, Germany.
      Anne Sophie Charlotte von Hohenzollern usually went by her middle name of Sophie.

     Wilhelm Heinrich Herzog von Sachsen-Eisenach was born on 10 November 1691 at Oranienwald. He was the son of Johann Wilhelm Herzog von Sachsen-Eisenach and Amalie von Nassau-Dietz. He married Anne Sophie Charlotte von Hohenzollern, daughter of Albrecht Friedrich Markgraf von Brandenburg-Schwedt and Marie Dorothea Prinzessin von Kurland, on 3 June 1723. He married Albertine von Nassau-Idstein, daughter of Georg August Samuel Prinz von Nassau-Idstein and Henriette Dorothea von Oettingen, on 15 February 1713. He died on 26 July 1741 at age 49 at Eisenach, Germany.
     He gained the title of Herzog von Sachsen-Eisenach in 1729.1
