     Susan Amelia Sams was the daughter of Charles Hewit Sams.1 She married Lt.-Col. Hugh Mackay Gordon, 17th of Abergeldie, son of Adam Gordon and Susan Swete, on 19 March 1859.1 She died on 6 December 1910.1
     From 19 March 1859, her married name became Gordon.1

     Lewis Gordon, 18th of Abergeldie was born on 23 January 1828.1 He was the son of Adam Gordon and Susan Swete.1 He married Louisa Isabella Lyall, daughter of William Lyall, on 17 July 1862.1 He died on 27 May 1903 at age 75.1
