     Sir James Hamlyn Williams Williams-Drummond, 4th Bt. was born on 13 January 1857 at Clovelly Court, Devon, England.^2,3 He was the son of Sir James Williams-Drummond, 3rd Bt. and Mary Eleanor Hamlyn-Williams.^2,3 He married Madeline Diana Elizabeth Agnew, daughter of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 8th Bt. and Lady Mary Arabella Louisa Noel, on 30 January 1889 at North Audley Street, London, England.^1,3 He died on 15 June 1913 at age 56 at Edwinsford, Carmarthenshire, Wales.^1,3 He was buried on 18 June 1913 at Talley, Carmarthenshire, Wales.³
     Sir James Hamlyn Williams Williams-Drummond, 4th Bt. succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Forbes-Drummond, of Hawthornden, Midlothian [U.K., 1828] on 10 May 1866.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1877 in the service of the Grenadier Guards.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Carmarthenshire in 1885.² He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the Carmarthen Royal Field Artillery.² He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Carmarthenshire.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Midlothian.² He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1909.²

     Caroline Charlotte Agnew was born in 1848.² She was the daughter of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 8th Bt. and Lady Mary Arabella Louisa Noel.¹ She was baptised on 11 December 1848 at Hayton by Brampton, Cumberland, England.² She died on 15 January 1934, unmarried.¹

     Louisa Lucia Agnew was born in 1852.² She was the daughter of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 8th Bt. and Lady Mary Arabella Louisa Noel.¹ She married Duncan MacNeil on 10 July 1877.¹ She died in 1913.¹
     From 10 July 1877, her married name became MacNeil.¹

     Duncan MacNeil married Louisa Lucia Agnew, daughter of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 8th Bt. and Lady Mary Arabella Louisa Noel, on 10 July 1877.¹ He died in 1892.¹

     Catherine Carnegie Agnew was the daughter of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 8th Bt. and Lady Mary Arabella Louisa Noel.¹ She died on 31 March 1858, young.¹

     Rosina Constance Agnew was the daughter of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 8th Bt. and Lady Mary Arabella Louisa Noel.¹ She married Reverend James Davidson on 14 April 1898.¹ She died on 23 June 1920.¹
