     Colonel Sir Edmund Antrobus, 4th Bt. was born on 25 December 1848.¹ He was the son of Sir Edmund Antrobus, 3rd Bt. and Marianne Georgiana Dashwood.¹ He married Florence Caroline Mathilde Sartoris, daughter of Jules Alexander Sartoris, on 2 March 1886.¹ He died on 11 February 1915 at age 66, without surviving issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Grenadier Guards.¹ He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Antrobus, of Antrobus, co. Palatine of Chester [U.K., 1815] on 1 April 1899.¹

     Florence Caroline Mathilde Sartoris was the daughter of Jules Alexander Sartoris.¹ She married Colonel Sir Edmund Antrobus, 4th Bt., son of Sir Edmund Antrobus, 3rd Bt. and Marianne Georgiana Dashwood, on 2 March 1886.¹ She died on 19 February 1923.¹
      From 2 March 1886, her married name became Antrobus.¹
