     Henry Vincent Blayney, 5th Lord Blayney, Baron of Monaghan was the son of Richard Blayney, 4th Lord Blayney, Baron of Monaghan and Elizabeth Vincent.1 He married Margaret Moore, daughter of Thomas Moore and Ellen Colley, circa 1686.1 He died in August 1689, without male issue.1 He was buried at Monaghan, County Monaghan, Ireland.1
     Henry Vincent Blayney, 5th Lord Blayney, Baron of Monaghan succeeded to the title of 5th Lord Blayney, Baron of Monaghan, co. Monaghan [I., 1621] on 3 November 1670.1 On 22 August 1681 he was accused before the Council of being concerned in a plot, but was discharged.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Company of Foot.1 On 7 May 1689 he was attainted by the Parliament of King James II, for being a zealous supporter of William III.1

     Margaret Moore was the daughter of Thomas Moore and Ellen Colley.1 She married, firstly, Henry Vincent Blayney, 5th Lord Blayney, Baron of Monaghan, son of Richard Blayney, 4th Lord Blayney, Baron of Monaghan and Elizabeth Vincent, circa 1686.1 She married, secondly, Charles Dering on 1 October 1691.1 She died on 10 December 1724.1 She was buried at St. Anne's, Westminster, London, England.1
     As a result of her marriage, Margaret Moore was styled as Baroness of Blayney circa 1686. From circa 1686, her married name became Blayney.1 From 1 October 1691, her married name became Dering.1
