     Reverend John Barclay was the son of Patrick Barclay of Towie Hill and Barbara Wilson.1 He married Grizel Bruce, daughter of Robert Bruce, on 16 January 1755.1 He died on 18 April 1781.1
     Reverend John Barclay was a Minister in 1751 at Delting, Zetland.1

     Reverend Patrick Barclay was born on 6 January 1757.1 He was the son of Reverend John Barclay and Grizel Bruce.1 He was baptised on 16 January 1757.1 He married Isabel Barclay, daughter of James Barclay of Towie Hill and Elspeth Mitchell, on 26 April 1783.1 He died on 12 June 1844 at age 87.1
     Reverend Patrick Barclay was a Minister between 1781 and 1812 at Sandstig, Setland.1
     He also had five daughters.1

     James Barclay of Towie Hill was born circa 1718.1 He was the son of Patrick Barclay of Towie Hill and Barbara Wilson.1 He married Elspeth Mitchell, daughter of George Mitchell, in 1748.1 He died in June 1784 at Knockleith, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1
