     Colonel Sir Robert Barclay was born on 17 January 1759.1 He was the son of Reverend John Barclay and Grizel Bruce.1 He was baptised on 27 February 1759.1 He died on 6 March 1829 at age 70, unmarried.1
     Colonel Sir Robert Barclay was in the Honourable East India Company Service in 1782.1 He gained the rank of Brevet Colonel in 1814.1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1815.1

     John Barclay was born on 4 August 1760.1 He was the son of Reverend John Barclay and Grizel Bruce.1 He married May Duddingston.1 He died in 1816.1
     John Barclay graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).1 He lived at Conduit Street, London, England.1
     He also had two other daughters.1

     Reverend Peter Barclay was baptised on 4 June 1749.1 He was the son of James Barclay of Towie Hill and Elspeth Mitchell.1 He married, firstly, Margaret Duddingston, daughter of James Duddingston, on 13 March 1780.1 He married, secondly, Euphemia McPherson after 1801.1 He died on 13 December 1841 at age 92.1
     Reverend Peter Barclay was ordained in 1778.1 He was a Minister at Kettle, Fife, Scotland.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).1
     He also had four other daughters by his first wife.1
