     Frank Vans Agnew was born on 27 April 1868.1 He was the son of George Vans Vans Agnew and Rosa Coppard Wilson.1 He married Olivia Fell, daughter of Edward Nelson Fell, in 1928.1 He died on 11 June 1955 at age 87.1
     Frank Vans Agnew gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Tank Corps.1 He was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.).1

     Olivia Fell was the daughter of Edward Nelson Fell.1 She married Frank Vans Agnew, son of George Vans Vans Agnew and Rosa Coppard Wilson, in 1928.1 She died on 30 January 1966.1
     From 1928, her married name became Vans Agnew.1
