     Sir Robert Barnewall, 8th Bt. was born on 6 October 1757.1 He was the son of Bartholomew Barnewall and Mary Colt.1 He and Catharine Rose Aylmer obtained a marriage license on 2 November 1786.1 He and Margaret Jane Palmer obtained a marriage license on 3 October 1795.1 He died on 27 August 1836 at age 78.1
     Sir Robert Barnewall, 8th Bt. succeeded to the title of 8th Baronet Barnewall, of Crickstown, co. Meath [I., 1623] in November 1821, after proving his right of succession to the College of Arms, Dublin.1 He lived at Greenanstown, County Meath, Ireland.1

     Catharine Rose Aylmer was born before 1771. She was the daughter of Charles Aylmer.1 She and Sir Robert Barnewall, 8th Bt. obtained a marriage license on 2 November 1786.1 She died on 10 February 1790.1
     From 2 November 1786, her married name became Barnewall.1

     Sir Aylmer John Barnewall, 9th Bt. was born on 30 December 1789.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Barnewall, 8th Bt. and Catharine Rose Aylmer.1 He married Esmay Mary Catherine Barnewall, daughter of Christopher Barnewall and Anne Aylmer, on 29 September 1836.1 He died on 22 January 1838 at age 48.1
     Sir Aylmer John Barnewall, 9th Bt. gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 35th Foot.1 He fought in the Battle of Waterloo on 18 June 1815.1 He succeeded to the title of 9th Baronet Barnewall, of Crickstown, co. Meath [I., 1623] on 27 August 1836.1 He lived at Greenanstown, County Westmeath, Ireland.1

     Esmay Mary Catherine Barnewall was born circa 1795.1 She was the daughter of Christopher Barnewall and Anne Aylmer.1 She married Sir Aylmer John Barnewall, 9th Bt., son of Sir Robert Barnewall, 8th Bt. and Catharine Rose Aylmer, on 29 September 1836.1 She died on 5 March 1879 at 4 Green Street, Grosvenor Square, London, England.1
